What you’re agreeing to

These terms are the agreement between you and Scaffle for using scaffle.ai and the Scaffle service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Scaffle is in alpha: things will change, sometimes with rough edges.

The service, honestly stated

Scaffle is an AI advisor. It researches your business from material you provide, keeps a memory you can inspect, and makes suggestions. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Scaffle is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and its drafts and findings are starting points for your own judgment, not a substitute for a qualified professional. You make the decisions, and you’re responsible for them.

Your account and your content

• Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you think your account is compromised.
• The material you give Scaffle stays yours. You give us the limited license needed to process it — to run research, build your memory, and generate replies — and nothing more.
• Only hand Scaffle material you have the right to use, and only point it at websites you’re entitled to have read.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Scaffle to break the law, to harm others, to probe or overload the service, to resell access, or to build a competing dataset by scraping it. We can suspend accounts that do.

Plans and money

The alpha includes a bundled allowance of AI usage at no charge. Paid plans will come with clear pricing and advance notice; we won’t convert your account to a paid plan silently. When the allowance runs out, the product slows down or pauses rather than surprise-billing you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Scaffle up but promise no particular uptime during alpha. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, we’ll give you a reasonable window to export your data.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Scaffle is provided “as is,” and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $50 if you’ve paid nothing). We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including business decisions made on the strength of AI output.

Ending things

You can stop using Scaffle and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content ownership, liability limits) survive.

Law and updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. If we change the terms materially, we’ll update this page and the date above and notify active accounts; continuing to use Scaffle after that means you accept the changes.
